Robin: Your White T-Shirt Blank Canvas

By Robin Stone

So… I have an obsession with white t-shirts. I mean, I can go to the store with no intention of buying a white t-shirt and by the time I walk out, I have purchased three.

But truly, the coolest thing about a white t-shirt is that you can make it anything you want it to be. It is a blank canvas. You want to be dressy? Throw on black slacks, black jacket and pearls. You want to look like you aren’t trying? Throw on jeans and a white tee. It is the one piece of clothing that can be anything you want it to be.

Every day is a new day.

I am obsessed, y’all. But what a great concept!? Wash the past away. Love the new canvas that is yours to create whatever look you want!

The Real-Real Behind the Scenes

Editor’s Note: Tammy So Romantic shot these easy, breezy photos of Robin, chilling in her backyard, showing the white tee with a happy floral skirt. Then Darrin (he needs a moniker to match ours! Darrin So Creative?) shot the following while on a different shoot at an art museum. We couldn’t resist using the white tee literally as a blank canvas for the projection of an art movie featuring rural Americana scenes.
